Business Development Representative

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Representative to join our team at One Legal. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and managing a pipeline of sales prospects, and delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced sales environment.
Your primary focus will be on prospecting and hunting for new business, using your expertise in consultative sales techniques to identify process inefficiencies and offer impactful solutions. You will work closely with our sales manager, marketing, and customer success teams to develop strategies for rapid adoption and usage, and contribute to team and company success.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience as a B2B Sales Executive or similar, selling software to professional services buyers, with a strong understanding of consultative sales and building trust-based relationships. Excellent communication and presentation skills, technical aptitude with experience in web technologies and SaaS solutions, and familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce are essential.
The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $95,000 per year, with uncapped commissions and a competitive total rewards package.
