Job Description

We are looking for an Admissions Assistant to partner with families throughout the admissions process, from initial inquiry to student enrollment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the recruitment and retention of students
  • Clerical office duties, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Coordinating GCA events and activities

The ideal candidate will embody the mission, vision, and core values of GCA while demonstrating a commitment to professionalism and relational support within the GCA community.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
  • Experience working in a K-12 school or non-profit environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications

You will also be required to maintain accurate records, handle confidential information, and demonstrate a high level of motivation and personal accountability.
