**The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced EmPATH Master's Level Coordinator to join our team at the Helen Ross McNabb Center. As a key member of our crisis intervention team, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clinical support to clients experiencing behavioral health crises.

About the Role:

The EmPATH Master's Level Coordinator will provide non-hospital facility-based services that render short-term treatment to facilitate access to services and stabilization to prevent ED and acute psychiatric hospitalization admissions. This role requires certification in verbal and physical de-escalation techniques and the ability to adequately implement them.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess client needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with community partners to ensure seamless referrals and transitions
  • Supervise designated employees and provide clinical direction while on site and after hours as needed
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have a Master's degree in a health-related field, experience working with individuals with mental illness and/or co-occurring diagnoses, and coursework or experience in cultural diversity, human development, etiology and treatment of mental illness, alcohol and drug abuse, physical and sexual abuse, suicide, and crisis intervention. You must also be able to exercise sound judgement under pressure and work effectively in a team environment.

Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
