**Job Description:** Enrollment Assistant Director

**Estimated Salary:** $50,000 - $65,000 per year

The Enrollment Assistant Director is responsible for coordinating the admissions process at Grace Christian Academy. This role involves partnering with families to ensure a smooth and efficient experience from point of inquiry through student enrollment.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate admissions screenings and secure necessary student credentials/documentation
  • Maintain accurate records of applications, communication with students and their parents, and tour requests
  • Collaborate with the Admissions Coordinator and Executive Director of Development to develop admissions strategies and procedures
  • Represent the school at various gatherings and conferences related to admissions

**Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university
  • Experience working within a K-12 school or relevant non-profit environment
  • Proven ability to assist with implementing programs and events
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
