About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing Strategy Manager to join our team at Taco Bell. As a key contributor to our pricing strategy, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and optimizing our pricing strategy across our 8,500+ U.S. stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies to support our ambitious growth goals
  • Conduct in-depth analyses to identify pricing opportunities and make data-driven recommendations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform menu strategy and identify testing opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive developments to inform our pricing strategy
  • Design and review price tests to determine optimal price points
Requirements
  • BA required; analytical or business degree preferred
  • MBA or Masters in quantitative discipline (e.g., Data Analytics) a plus
  • Experience with Pricing Strategy/Revenue Management a plus (pricing models, measuring demand elasticity, etc.)
  • At least 5+ years of pricing strategy or equivalent experience supporting Finance, Marketing, or Analytics business units
  • Creative self-starter and strong technical contributor who is always looking for new opportunities to solve business problems with data-driven tools
