Job Title: Director of Commercial Strategy

Job Summary:

The Director of Commercial Strategy will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of Q CELLS USA Corp. by developing and executing commercial strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive sales growth and revenue expansion
  • Manage the sales pipeline and ensure alignment with company goals and objectives
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform sales strategy and drive business results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of commercial strategies
  • Provide strategic support for business reviews, executive meetings, and client engagements
  • Assist with long-term market expansion and area development planning

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience with strong quantitative analytics background
  • Experience in management consulting or corporate strategy is preferred
  • Experience in the energy industry is preferred, with a strong preference for renewable energy
  • Must be bilingual in English and Korean
  • Self-directed with ability to work independently and effectively lead multiple projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and data management tools

Work Environment:

The Director of Commercial Strategy will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a team of experienced professionals. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and collaboratively, with excellent communication and analytical skills.

Salary Range:

The anticipated starting pay range for this position is $160,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
