We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of Sales to lead our sales organization and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with key customers and partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of sales performance
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics
Requirements
  • Advanced degree in business, engineering, or a related field
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and building high-performing sales teams
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive business growth and revenue expansion
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a bonus as part of total compensation.

The pay range for this position is: $345,000—$375,000 USD
