Job Overview:

The core responsibility of this role is to address the comprehensive insurance requirements of our clientele. The Personal Lines Account Manager is expected to deliver prompt, precise, and professional services to clients, producers, vendors, and company personnel, ensuring the maintenance and expansion of our personal lines portfolio.

This position offers the flexibility of partial remote or fully remote work for candidates demonstrating a strong work ethic and effective remote performance. Local applicants are encouraged to consider this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and guidance on personal lines issues for an assigned portfolio.
  • Address daily service requirements of our clients.
  • Assess clients' current insurance coverage and propose alternatives based on coverage and pricing. Present proposals and finalize sales.
  • Re-market existing clients as directed by management or client needs.
  • Process endorsements and ensure proper issuance.
  • Generate insurance ID and evidence of insurance as required.
  • Quote and issue new business through account rounding and/or referral networks.
  • Complete assigned tasks and activities in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in personal lines within an independent agency environment.
  • A valid Property and Casualty Producer license is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with the Applied 'Epic' system is essential.
  • Familiarity with the insurance companies we represent is advantageous.

Salary Range: $45,000-$60,000
