Key Responsibilities

As a System Engineering Program Manager, you will collaborate closely with mechanical, electrical, algorithm, and software teams across the organization to define and create highly optimized hardware solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Developing system requirements based on performance targets and technological limitations.
  • Identifying essential inquiries and coordinating teams to efficiently derive answers.
  • Grasping the relationship between technical choices and customer experience, and articulating the implications clearly and succinctly.
Qualifications
  • In-depth understanding of consumer electronics system architectures.
  • Proven ability to navigate system-level development trade-offs.
  • Experience in planning and executing development for advanced consumer electronics products, including prototype builds and overall product strategies.
  • Strong technical foundation in Electrical, Mechanical, or Software Engineering.
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant hardware engineering experience in consumer electronics.
  • At least 5 years of project management experience.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with excellent critical thinking skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with rapid development cycles and constant change.
  • Willingness to travel internationally to support development initiatives.
  • Educational background: BS/MS in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with camera systems, display technologies, and/or wearable consumer electronics.
  • Acted as the primary liaison with vendors and contract manufacturers to establish daily build plans and provide clear guidance to meet program objectives.
  • Experience leading a diverse range of cross-functional team members to achieve optimal product solutions.
