Your Contribution:

As a Program Management Lead, you will oversee both internal and external engineering teams throughout the product execution phase and conduct in-depth investigations.

Your role will involve driving and inspiring a cross-functional team to meet product specifications while effectively managing other internal team members.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and plan all technical issue investigations and deep dives.
  • Demonstrate technical leadership by:
    • Conducting thorough failure analyses.
    • Facilitating cross-functional project meetings.
    • Leading leadership reviews.
    • Presenting updates to the executive team.
    • Managing global project teams, with some international travel anticipated.

Basic Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
  • 1+ years of experience in technical product or program management.
  • 1+ years of software development experience.
  • 1+ years of project management experience, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management.
  • Proven experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, developing processes, and coordinating release schedules.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
  • Master's degree in Computer, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.

Compensation reflects the cost of labor across various US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $114,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $197,800/year in our highest geographic market, based on factors such as market location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
