Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale construction projects and programs.
  • Develop and implement project management plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, district program managers, design execution, construction, and project controls groups to ensure effective stakeholder management.
  • Oversee quality control processes and ensure proper implementation of project management best practices.
  • Develop and maintain program reporting to key stakeholders and program governance, including planning metrics and KPIs.
  • Identify and implement program improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and innovation.
  • Set up and manage program tools, including decision-making frameworks, action trackers, issue trackers, risk registers, and program directories.
  • Manage the program operational framework, including the setup, preparation, and facilitation of program meetings.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, project management, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of project management experience on major projects and programs.
  • Proven record of successfully implementing processes and procedures on major projects or programs.
  • Proficiency in reporting systems and tools, including Google Suite, Tableau, and Data Studio.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to supervise team members and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to visually present data and drive business decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in construction management, engineering, project management, or a related technical field.
  • 5-10 years of on-site construction management experience.
  • Accreditation by AACE, PMI, or similar associations.

Turner & Townsend offers a competitive salary range of $140K-$170K per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
