Position Overview:
D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Real Estate Sales Consultant. The ideal candidate will oversee the sales process while delivering exceptional customer service.

The Real Estate Sales Consultant will actively seek new clients, assist them in discovering and customizing their ideal home, and ensure a seamless sales experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Essential duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Clearly articulate D.R. Horton's value proposition, product vision, and capabilities to prospective clients.
  • Identify and comprehend customer objectives and challenges, positioning D.R. Horton as the optimal solution.
  • Address objections and successfully close sales.
  • Maintain precise documentation throughout the transaction process, from sale to financing, options, and construction.
  • Continuously seek new sales opportunities.
  • Develop and present a marketing strategy to management for building new customer relationships.
  • Network and engage with real estate agents.
  • Efficiently manage time, achieve sales targets, and collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Expand and maintain a database of potential clients.
  • Participate in sales meetings.
  • Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to the company's goodwill and profitability.
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients, real estate agents, and team members.
  • Implement policies to ensure adherence to quality standards.

Qualifications:
Required:
- Associate's Degree or two years of relevant experience.
- Must possess a vehicle and a valid driver's license, with the ability to drive during both day and night.
- Proficient in using D.R. Horton Sales applications on smartphones, tablets, or laptops.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions provided in written or oral form.
- Proficient in MS Office and email applications.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, sit for long durations, kneel, bend, and navigate stairs and uneven terrain.
- Capability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Regular exposure to outdoor weather conditions with moderate noise levels.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Licensing requirements may vary by state.
- Previous experience with CRM software.
- Prior sales experience and industry knowledge are advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
