About the Role:

The Senior Client Relations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all client relations, including project team performance and overall client satisfaction. This individual will interact regularly with senior representatives of current and prospective clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention
  • Lead project teams to deliver high-quality projects on time, on budget, and to the client's satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the project lifecycle
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members
  • Ensure that all projects conform to contractual agreements and meet the client's expectations
  • Supervise and manage project teams to produce high-quality deliverables
  • Organize and direct project teams to execute work in an orderly, timely, and coordinated manner
  • Establish and develop relationships with potential clients and partners
  • Work closely with the firm's marketing and business development teams to develop new opportunities and build relationships

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture required, Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in the architectural profession with no less than 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role
  • LEED familiarity strongly preferred
  • Prior experience in K-12 and/or Higher Education and/or Civic projects
  • Registered Architect
