Oncology RN Patient Liaison and Referral Specialist

**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Oncology RN Patient Liaison and Referral Specialist to join our team at HH MedStar Health Inc. This is a unique opportunity for experienced floor nurses with an Oncology background to leverage their expertise in a dynamic and rewarding role.
As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for building relationships with physicians and patients, coordinating referrals, and advocating for patients throughout the care process.
**Key Responsibilities:*
- Builds and maintains relationships with physicians and patients
- Coordinates referrals, diagnostic testing, consultation, treatment, and follow-up care
- Promotes MedStar Health's clinical services, physicians, and programs within the medical community
- Advocates for patients throughout the care process
**Requirements:*
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Master's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of professional nursing experience required
- Previous outpatient/community service experience preferred
- Experience in sub-specialty areas such as GI, Neurology, or Oncology preferred
- State licensure and/or compact state licensure in the District of Columbia (DC) upon hire
**Salary Range:** $75,199.60 - $124,851.20 per year
