Job Description

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced nurse to join our team as a travel nurse RN oncology specialist in Columbia, Missouri. As a travel nurse, you will have the chance to work with various patients and medical teams, gaining valuable experience and skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care as a registered nurse in the oncology department.
  • Collaborate with the medical team to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and their families, addressing concerns and providing education on disease management and treatment options.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A valid RN license in the state of Missouri.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an oncology nurse or in a related field.
  • Ability to work 36 hours per week, including nights and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
