We clean up improper muscular imbalances and movement patterns. We listen to our clients' goals, and build dynamic individual programs based on your timelines and personal skill levels.
We have worked with athletes of all ages in various sports, including football, basketball, baseball, hockey, polo, pickleball, tennis, swimming, fencing, ultra marathon runners, volleyball, and figure skating.
Job DescriptionAs an Athletic Training Specialist at Eastlake Performance, you will be responsible for designing and implementing personalized training programs for clients of all ages and skill levels.
Your duties will include:
- Maintaining client appointments and ensuring punctuality and communication
- Providing social media marketing support by creating engaging content and promoting the gym's services
- Cleaning and maintaining the facility, including equipment and common areas
- Assisting with administrative tasks, such as scheduling and bookkeeping
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A personal training certification from an accredited agency
- Good communication and reliability skills
- An understanding of exercise physiology and biomechanics
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Please note that a CSCS certification is preferred but not required. However, if you hold a CSCS certification, you will start at $27.50/hour with the opportunity to receive $30.00/hour after the first 90-days of employment.
The estimated salary for this position is between $22.50 and $45 per hour, depending on experience and accreditations.
