Technical Training Specialist

Year Up United seeks a highly motivated Technical Training Specialist to lead our Quality Assurance Training Program. As a specialist, you will develop and implement technical and professional training programs for young adults, ensuring they have the skills needed to succeed in their careers.
This is a full-time position that offers an estimated annual salary of $53,000. Successful candidates will be based in the U.S. and available to work Monday through Friday throughout the program's duration.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to motivate and guide participants. A high school diploma or equivalent and eligibility to work in the U.S. are also required.
The Quality Assurance Training Program provides intensive skill development, internships, job placement services, and personalized coaching and mentorship. Participants receive an educational stipend and may earn college credit for some coursework.
