Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Loyalty Manager to lead and support a team of analysts in driving customer retention and loyalty. The successful candidate will have a strong background in data-driven analytics and strategy, with experience in developing and implementing retention programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data-driven retention strategies to minimize churn and maximize customer profitability.
  • Lead a team of analysts in data analysis, strategic recommendations, and plan implementation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform and implement effective retention solutions.
  • Effectively communicate complex data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive strategies to inform retention initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, mathematics, or statistics.
  • 2+ years of experience in data-driven analytics or strategy roles.
  • 4+ years of experience in a leadership or management role.
  • Master's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
