Marketing Support Specialist Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for conferences, including editing invitations/postcards and handling logistics.
  • Print, bind, and distribute sales and client presentations; maintain up-to-date contact information in our CRM.
  • Update website content and make necessary edits to marketing collateral, presentations, and sales materials.
  • Conduct mass mailings and assist with event planning, ensuring compliance and tracking approvals throughout processes.
  • Provide additional marketing support by performing administrative tasks and backing project management efforts.
Requirements:
  • Excellent writing and proofreading capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, with preferences for candidates skilled in Photoshop and InDesign.

This role offers a flexible in-office schedule from Monday to Thursday with Fridays as remote work, located in the PST time zone. A high school diploma is required, however, a Bachelor's Degree and experience in the financial services industry are preferred.
