We are in search of Aquatic Equipment Maintenance Specialists who will be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and repairing commercial pool systems in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should possess a solid understanding of plumbing and electrical systems related to swimming pool pumps, filters, valves, and controls, along with the capability to conduct root cause analysis and ensure compliance with relevant codes. Additionally, the role involves mentoring and guiding junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct repairs and maintenance on valves, filters, and pumps.
  • Perform inspections and troubleshooting of commercial swimming pools.
  • Execute minor plumbing and electrical repairs.
  • Diagnose issues with specialized equipment.
  • Educate clients on Industry Best Practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of mechanical experience.
  • Proven experience in installation, troubleshooting, and repair.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, hardworking, and possess a positive attitude.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record.
  • Willingness to travel overnight for 4-5 days as needed.
