About the Role

Nemours Children's Health is seeking an experienced leader to fill the position of Assistant Vice President, Culture and Talent. This role will be responsible for providing strategic oversight of organizational development related to engagement, belonging, professional development, team effectiveness, leadership effectiveness, and strategic change management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive organizational development strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Lead the design and administration of all non-clinical learning, talent development, organizational development, and associate engagement programs.
  • Manage the Culture and Talent team, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of programs and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and the HR leadership team to design and implement an effective succession planning program for the enterprise.
  • Participate in the design and execution of the HR strategy for Nemours, serving as an integral member of the HR senior leadership team.
  • Provide training delivery, manage learning technologies, conduct needs analysis, evaluate learning impact, and manage learning programs.
  • Coach, knowledge manage, change manage, performance improve, culture audit, culture improve, culture fortify, team, and individual assess, advance a learning organization, and optimize agile learning through micro-targeted interventions.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Leadership Development, Organizational Development, Learning, Training, Adult Education, or related field, a Doctorate degree is preferred.
  • 10 years of direct, hands-on experience in developing and delivering learning and OD programs.
  • A minimum of 5 years people management experience.
  • Certified Diversity Practitioner, ICF Certified Coach (or equivalent) in physician and executive, preferred.
