This role will be responsible for providing strategic oversight of organizational development related to engagement, belonging, professional development, team effectiveness, leadership effectiveness, and strategic change management.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive organizational development strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
- Lead the design and administration of all non-clinical learning, talent development, organizational development, and associate engagement programs.
- Manage the Culture and Talent team, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of programs and initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and the HR leadership team to design and implement an effective succession planning program for the enterprise.
- Participate in the design and execution of the HR strategy for Nemours, serving as an integral member of the HR senior leadership team.
- Provide training delivery, manage learning technologies, conduct needs analysis, evaluate learning impact, and manage learning programs.
- Coach, knowledge manage, change manage, performance improve, culture audit, culture improve, culture fortify, team, and individual assess, advance a learning organization, and optimize agile learning through micro-targeted interventions.
- Master's degree in Leadership Development, Organizational Development, Learning, Training, Adult Education, or related field, a Doctorate degree is preferred.
- 10 years of direct, hands-on experience in developing and delivering learning and OD programs.
- A minimum of 5 years people management experience.
- Certified Diversity Practitioner, ICF Certified Coach (or equivalent) in physician and executive, preferred.
