Senior Vice President, USPB Enterprise Risk Management

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Vice President to lead our Enterprise Risk and Balance Sheet Management team in the USPB business. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the credit and franchise risk of the USPB business, developing and implementing risk management strategies, and optimizing the balance sheet to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Liaise with finance and business partners to evaluate forecasts and develop risk management strategies.
- Evaluate drivers of capital-based stress losses and recommend metrics and leading indicators to track drivers across retail risk pool.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to optimize the balance sheet and achieve business objectives.
- Monitor key capital metrics and develop remediation plans for potential excesses against the approved business plan.
- Build presentations with supportive analysis and storyboard results for senior management and executive management team.
- 10+ years of work experience in financial services or management consulting with heavy focus on capital management, financial planning, and analysis.
- Working knowledge of Credit Cards and other consumer bank products P&Ls, key risk and return dynamics, and loss drivers.
- Good understanding of Capital and Balance Sheet Management, CCAR and CECL framework, Basel III Endgame.
- Understanding of forecasting models for balance sheet and P&L.
- Strong project management skills, proven track record of delivering complex solutions.
- Proficiency with standard analysis tools (Advanced Excel, Tableau, Power BI, MicroStrategy).
- Master's degree in quantitative disciplines such as Financial Engineering, Operation Research, Econometrics, or similar quantitative discipline.
- MBA Finance.
