Senior Vice President, U.S. Personal Banking Enterprise Risk

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Vice President to lead our In-Business Credit & Franchise Risk Organization within U.S. Personal Banking (USPB). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the credit and franchise risk of the USPB business, working closely with senior stakeholders to develop and implement effective risk management strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Liaise with finance and business partners to evaluate forecasts and identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Develop and implement risk management frameworks and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the Retail Credit Limit Management & Balance Sheet Management Team to manage balance sheet constraints and optimize capital utilization.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, business partners, and regulatory bodies.
- Develop and present reports and analysis to senior management and the Board of Directors.
- 10+ years of experience in financial services or management consulting, with a focus on capital management, financial planning, and analysis.
- Strong knowledge of credit cards and other consumer bank products, including P&Ls, key risk and return dynamics, and loss drivers.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive trends and insights from complex data.
- Proven track record of delivering complex solutions and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Master's degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Financial Engineering, Operations Research, or Econometrics.
- Experience with forecasting models and risk management frameworks.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
