Job Summary
The Customer Experience Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers. This role involves greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving concerns in a polite and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Smile and greet customers, answer customer questions, and help resolve customer concerns promptly.
- Operate front-end scanning equipment and cash register, performing all related check-out procedures.
- Maintain accuracy during transactions, ensuring customers are charged for all items and proper funds are collected.
- Maintain knowledge of weekly ads, marketing promotions, and store layout to answer customer questions.
- Responsible for general sanitation in the department, following cleaning schedules and department guidelines.
- Ensure smooth function of the department and store by cooperating with coworkers and supervisors.

Education and/or experience completed or working towards a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED). No prior experience required.
