Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Cashier and Customer Experience Specialist. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service areas
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods
  • Assist customers with finding products, answering questions, and providing solutions to meet their needs
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting shopping environment
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and special projects
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment
  • Knowledge of visual merchandising and store displays
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Environment

As a Cashier and Customer Experience Specialist, you will be working in a team environment, collaborating with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere.

The physical demands of this role include standing for long periods of time, lifting up to 25 pounds, and moving quickly and efficiently around the store.
