Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of technicians to ensure efficient and effective collision repair processes
  • Oversee all aspects of the collision repair process, including estimating, scheduling, and quality control
  • Develop and implement processes to improve customer satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive business growth and improvement

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in collision center management
  • CDK experience a plus
  • CCC experience required
  • Collision Link experience a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent, ASE & I-Car Certification preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
