As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, coordinating field employees, and assisting with troubleshooting and parts management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent the company in a professional manner with excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.
  • Field incoming calls from customers, identify the type of call, and schedule service appointments.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, supervisors, and other office personnel.
  • Schedule technicians efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate job clearance for billing purposes.
  • Follow up on return trips and verify that technicians have everything needed to complete jobs.
  • Review, receive, and process parts deliveries and technician parts picklists.
  • Troubleshoot and walk customers through technical issues.
  • Provide details about various doors in the showroom for customers.
  • Facilitate the transition to an in-home appointment with a consultant.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and one year of administrative experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work Saturday and Sunday.
  • Represent the company in a professional manner.
