Judicial Support Specialist

The Administrative Office of the Courts is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Judicial Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will provide administrative support to our judges and court personnel, ensuring the smooth operation of our court system.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and proofread court documents, correspondence, and other materials
- Provide receptionist services, including answering phones and greeting visitors
- Schedule court appearances and maintain calendars
- Compile and maintain records, including court schedules and filing systems
- Operate office equipment and maintain office supplies
- High school graduate or equivalent
- No prior experience required, but a strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential
We are the operational arm of the Judicial Branch, employing nearly 3,300 personnel who support 406 elected justices, judges, and circuit court clerks. Our team is dedicated to providing excellent service to the public and ensuring the integrity of our court system.
