Job Summary

The Administrative Office of the Courts is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Judicial Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will provide administrative support to our judges and court personnel, ensuring the smooth operation of our court system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and proofread court documents, correspondence, and other materials
  • Provide receptionist services, including answering phones and greeting visitors
  • Schedule court appearances and maintain calendars
  • Compile and maintain records, including court schedules and filing systems
  • Operate office equipment and maintain office supplies
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • No prior experience required, but a strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential
