- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our health plans, benefits, and services to provide accurate information to members.
- Provide exceptional customer service through active listening, empathy, and effective communication.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a medical setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficient in MS Office and other software applications.
- A competitive salary range of $21-23 per hour.
