As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, health plans, and providers through phone, email, and other communication channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to member inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of member interactions and correspondence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide solutions to members.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our health plans, benefits, and services to provide accurate information to members.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through active listening, empathy, and effective communication.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a medical setting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other software applications.
