Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at ResourceMFG. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide top-notch customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service through accurate and timely response to customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Manage large volumes of incoming calls and respond to customer requests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.
  • Perform administrative duties, including preparing sales reports, maintaining sales records, and filing expense account reports.
  • Support the sales team by investigating disputed payments and processing credit memos as needed.
  • Manage customer orders by maintaining accurate records and communicating relevant information to the internal team.
Requirements
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Excellent communication and written skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Computer knowledge: Microsoft Office required.
