Receptionist Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Receptionist to join our Sales Department at ResourceMFG. This role is responsible for providing exceptional service to clients, managing the reception area, and supporting the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate sales representative.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Contact customers to inform them when their plates arrive and schedule pick-ups.
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Greet and assist customers as they enter the dealership, providing a warm and friendly welcome.
  • Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
  • Keep track of office supplies and place orders when necessary, ensuring a well-stocked and organized workspace.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and filing, to support the sales team.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth communication and operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide information about dealership services and products, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus, but not required.
  • Proficiency in using phone systems and basic computer applications, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor, with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
