Forensic Clinical Director Job Description

Telecare Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Forensic Clinical Director to join our team. As a Clinical Director, you will provide leadership, coordination, and clinical supervision to multidisciplinary teams and programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and oversee clinical services and standards of care for clients
  • Communicate with community partners and local systems of care
  • Oversee documentation by clinical staff and perform audits of clinical charts
  • Assist with new hire orientation and ongoing training and mentorship for clinical staff
  • Recruitment, screening, hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, and terminations of clinical staff
Requirements:
  • Masters or higher degree in Social Services
  • Current licensure in the state of program operation as LCSW, LMFT, or Ph.D.
  • Two years post-graduate direct clinical experience in a mental health setting
  • Experience working with mental health and substance use consumers
  • One year in a leadership role in a relevant setting
  • Valid and current driver's license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver
