Policyholder Support Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Policyholder Support Expert. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our policyholders by addressing their concerns, resolving issues, and offering personalized solutions.
You will be expected to handle inbound calls, emails, and chats related to insurance policy modifications, billing issues, and general inquiries, while demonstrating accuracy in processing client policy modifications based on the data given. You will also be expected to remain up-to-date on new marketing initiatives to accurately address insurance-related questions using all available tools.
The ideal candidate for this position has prior customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats related to insurance policy modifications, billing issues, and general inquiries.

Qualifications:
- Prior customer service experience required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills necessary.
