1. Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a seamless experience.

2. Coordinate with vendors and visitors to obtain necessary badges and clearance.

3. Report any inconsistencies to the Lead Facilities Coordinator.

4. Order breakroom supplies and maintain inventory.

5. Receive and distribute mail, packages, and outgoing mail.

6. Manage work orders through the Tririga tool.

7. Provide temporary parking passes as needed.

8. Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Requirements:

Professional, reliable, and willing to assist with general office support tasks.

Working Conditions:

Fast-paced office environment with occasional physical demands.
