Program Overview

The CAO Summer Analyst Program is a 10-week internship that offers a comprehensive curriculum to build a strong foundation for a successful career. As a Summer Analyst, you will be assigned to a team within the CAO group and will have the opportunity to work on various projects, develop your skills, and network with colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support key programs designed to tell our brand story and demonstrate the value of the franchise
  • Measure performance and complete business reviews and analysis
  • Identify and execute on opportunities for business process design and risk mitigation
  • Write and review messaging, assist with internal and corporate communications, media, and communication strategies
  • Support business needs related to reporting and analysis, special projects, and other key priorities

Qualifications

Candidates are required to be pursuing an undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university. Eligible candidates must have a graduation date between November 2025 and August 2026. Common areas of study include Business Administration, Communications, Economics, Environmental Studies, Event Management, International Studies, Political Science, Public Policy, or other similar degrees. A minimum GPA of 3.2 is preferred.

Candidates should possess a high level of intellectual curiosity, a drive for operational excellence, and a commitment to achieving sustainable results. Strong academic and technical skills in Microsoft Office are required, as well as proficiencies in leadership, teamwork, problem-solving, and analytical skills, verbal and written communication, and professionalism.
