We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Analyst to join our team at the Office of the Chief Financial Officer, Washington, DC. As a key member of our financial planning and analysis team, you will be responsible for tracking and monitoring the execution of the District's budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Improving the accuracy of reports downloaded from the system of record
  • Coordinating with District agencies to develop and submit their spending plans
  • Providing training in the Budget Formulation process for agencies serviced
  • Developing modules to effectively monitor, control, and help eliminate potential deficits
  • Troubleshooting financial systems and providing guidance on the use of the financial systems
Requirements:
  • Four (4) years of progressive experience performing related duties and responsibilities
  • Experience with ORACLE and Business Intelligence/Hyperion is desired
