Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity and IT Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you'll be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining information security policies, standards, and procedures to protect our data and assets. You'll also manage all IT operations, including device management, software deployment, and network security.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement information security policies, standards, and procedures to protect Topsort's data and assets.
  • Manage all IT operations, including device management, software deployment, and network security.
  • Ensure compliance with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and HIPAA standards.
  • Ensure the secure configuration of systems, networks, and applications, and provide security awareness guidance to employees.
  • Oversee provisioning and de-provisioning of accounts and devices using Rippling.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in IT and information security management.
  • Experience with compliance frameworks like SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, network security, and endpoint management.
  • Proficient with tools like Rippling for IT management.
  • Excellent understanding of cybersecurity principles and incident response protocols.
  • Preferred experience: strong experience in managing IT for a tech company or startup. Certification in IT security (e.g., CISSP, CISM).
