Position Summary

The Rebate Financial Analyst will oversee the processing of various rebate transactions. This role is essential in supporting U.S. operations throughout the customer journey, particularly in pricing strategies and rebate/incentive offerings.

The analyst will contribute to analytical preparations that inform decision-making, drive sales, enhance competitiveness, and ensure profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process U.S. customer rebates, including Counter Spiffs, Volume Buys, Builder Credits, EOM, FTP & Job Quotes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Track and maintain contractor Volume Buy rebate amounts and purchases monthly.
  • Prepare and distribute the US Buy Analysis to relevant rebate and management personnel monthly.
  • Collaborate with the rebate team to calculate and process U.S. customer rebates.
  • Assist in the timely and accurate accruals of rebates on a quarterly and year-end basis.
  • Support the U.S. contractor loyalty program payment processing.
  • Provide financial information as required by Shared Services.
  • Verify the accuracy of invoices and accounting documents.
  • Maintain databases for sales and rebate data.
  • Partner with Sales & Marketing to develop pricing proposals and rebate programs.
  • Assist in creating a centralized process for summarizing and documenting pricing programs.
  • Help develop a pricing review process with the sales team, focusing on gross to net impacts.
  • Evaluate the ongoing performance of pricing strategies and programs.
  • Audit pricing and rebate rules to ensure accuracy in calculations.
  • Contribute to project implementations as needed.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
  • Entry-level graduates or 1-2 years of financial or accounting experience required.
  • Manufacturing experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours to meet task requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Capacity to work across various teams.
Work Authorizations and Travel

Must be authorized to work in the United States. Up to 10% travel may be required.
