We are seeking an Accurate Financial Record Keeper Specialist to join our team at Southwest Service Administrators Inc. in Phoenix, AZ. As a financial professional, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of financial transactions and reconciling bank and investment accounts.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and account reconciliations. You should possess strong mathematical skills and be proficient in MS Excel and MS Word. Additionally, you should be able to communicate professionally with internal and external customers and have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Reconcile multiple bank and investment account statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Review and confirm accounts payable invoices, and prepare payment letters for trustee signature.

• Coordinate payment activities with administrative support, account managers, banks, and vendors.

• Process refunds, voids, and stop payments in coordination with the claims and pension teams and related banks.

• Create financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and related supporting schedules.
