A career opportunity has arisen at Arizona Public Service Company for a skilled Financial Analysis Specialist to join their team in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of financial analysis, corporate finance projects, or functions, including cash position forecasting, liquidity management, and evaluation/implementation of cash management products and services.

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a degree in finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, or a related field. In lieu of a degree, an equivalent combination of formal education and prior directly related experience totaling four (4) years is required. Basic knowledge of finance or economic analysis and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) is essential.

Key responsibilities will include participating in financial analysis, corporate finance projects, and functions, as well as supporting strategic planning and analysis. The Financial Analysis Specialist will also be responsible for preparing routine reports of findings and recommendations to more senior financial analysts or appropriate managers.

The estimated salary for this position is $$$80,000-$110,000 per year, based on the location and industry standards. This is a hybrid role, which requires working about 40% of the time in-person at an APS or other location and the remaining time working remotely from home.
