Job Description

Job Summary:

The Home Care Staff Supervisor at iCare Elder Services LLC will be responsible for overseeing and managing the home care staff and operations at our organization.

This is a full-time, individual contributor role with a competitive salary of $45,000 to $60,000 per year.

The ideal candidate will have experience in home care or senior care services and possess strong leadership and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage home care staff, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions when necessary
  • Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Provide training and support to staff on best practices in home care services
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective operations
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on staff performance and client satisfaction
  • Manage and resolve any client or staff concerns or issues
  • Implement policies and procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment
  • Work collaboratively with other staff supervisors

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field preferred
  • Previous experience in home care or senior care services
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Able to work independently and prioritize tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic medical record software
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening
