Business Development Specialist

C&D Clean Energy is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for expanding our market share in the US solar industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and exceed quotas.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless contract execution and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in industry exhibitions and events to promote our products and services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as electronics, automation, trade, sales, and marketing.
- 2-3 years of experience in solar sales and marketing, preferably with knowledge of PV inverters, solar modules, and solar cells.
- Excellent English skills, including speaking, writing, and translation.
- Strong communication, organization, and coordination skills.
- Ability to travel for sales and business activities (less than 10%).
