Job Title: Finance Reporting Senior Group Manager

The Finance Reporting Senior Group Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily production processes of Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) operations, including Interest Rate Transfer Pricing (ITP) and Liquidity Transfer Pricing (LTP). This role requires strong leadership skills to manage a global workforce of approximately 100 professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily production processes supporting ITP and LTP, as well as other transfer pricing reports and metrics.
  • Interface with Citi's primary regulatory agencies (FRB, OCC, and FDIC) and senior management through periodic and ad-hoc updates.
  • Analyze and engage with business on variance explanations for transfer pricing metrics and results.
  • Work with data organizations to assess the impact of data concerns on transfer pricing.
  • Provide oversight and input on data concerns impacting transfer pricing.
  • Design and execute a transfer pricing target operating model.
  • Establish metrics and reporting to provide transparency into the efficacy of daily production processes and material accuracy of daily results.

Requirements:

  • At least 15 years of experience in finance or regulatory reporting.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven experience in Treasury, with specific knowledge of Asset Liability Management and Funds Transfer Pricing.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to collaborate.
  • Ability to drive results in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
