Job Summary

We're seeking a highly analytical and strategic thinker to join our Strategic Finance team as a Senior Manager, Strategic Finance. In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving our financial strategy and ensuring our continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Clinical Operations (both psychiatry & therapy) and Product/Technology teams to drive strategy and operational rigor within Talkiatry's Clinical Operations.
  • Leverage financial, operational, and industry data to evaluate new business opportunities and provide recommendations to senior leadership teams.
  • Build financial forecasts and targets, track performance, and analyze deviations from actuals to provide insights into financial health of clinical operations (both psychiatry & therapy).
  • Refine our financial data infrastructure and operations to enable more scalable, efficient, and accurate reporting across Clinical Operations.
  • Define metrics and key performance indicators; partner with the Data team to develop tools and dashboards to make these metrics widely accessible across Talkiatry.
  • Continually improve the accuracy of forecasts through a deep understanding of business performance and drivers.
  • Support various financial work streams, including Board materials, investor reporting, and fundraising activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of professional experience, ideally in a mix of financial services (Investment Banking / Private Equity) and highly analytical roles at a fast-growing company (Strategic Finance / Strategy & Ops / BizOps).
  • Exceptional analytical skills, including advanced Excel proficiency & SQL proficiency, with a proven ability to digest large amounts of data and focus on the most important details.
