Job Title: Program Manager

Nemean Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and manage the performance of the Office of the Chief of Chaplains (OCCH) contract.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract Leadership: Serve as the primary point of contact with the Government's Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), ensuring open communication and reporting.
  • Team Coordination: Oversee the OCCH Program Team, including Nemean Solutions staff and Loesung subcontractor personnel.
  • Performance Management: Track contract deliverables, including Phase-In Plan, Communication Strategy COAs, and monthly reviews.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports to the COR, detailing progress on contract deliverables.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute long-term strategies for continued contract success, including identifying opportunities for process improvements.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience managing large-scale federal contracts, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership or program management role.
  • Security Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance is required.
