Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Welcome guests with a warm and sincere greeting, maintaining eye contact and a positive tone.
  2. Utilize operational and sales techniques to optimize occupancy rates and ensure staff adherence to these practices.
  3. Provide accurate information regarding hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experience.
  4. Manage cash transactions in accordance with accounting standards and maintain an accurate cash bank.

  6. Follow safety and security protocols, responding appropriately to emergencies and ensuring guest information is protected.
  7. Efficiently handle the registration process, including confirming guest details and processing payments.

  9. Provide safety deposit box services in line with hotel policies.
  10. Answer phone calls with a positive tone, taking messages and relaying information to guests as needed.
