Key Responsibilities
Check in and check out guests in a timely and efficient manner
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including the beverage area and retail space
Complete opening and closing routines, including stocking product shelves and turning on equipment
Address guest needs promptly and provide solutions to any issues that may arise
Provide a salon service tour to new guests and pre-book and close recommendations given by service providers
Maintain knowledge of all products and services offered by the salon
Work closely with management to ensure a positive and welcoming environment for all guests

Requirements
Legally eligible to work in the United States
At least 18 years old
