Job Summary

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving new business growth and providing outstanding client experiences. A current Property & Casualty Insurance license and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role are essential. We offer a competitive salary range of $75k-$300k, reflecting the value we place on your expertise and dedication.

As a Senior Sales Director at Alera Group, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Create and execute effective business development strategies to drive new business growth and meet financial objectives.
  • Cultivate key relationships with prospects and clients through strategic networking, partnerships, and industry events.
  • Analyze complex problems and identify innovative solutions that meet client needs.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' organizations, decision-makers, and business priorities.
  • Pursue sales goals and foster long-term relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
