Responsibilities
  1. Implement KinderCare's research-backed curriculum to meet the unique needs of each child.
  2. Create a safe, nurturing environment that encourages exploration and learning.
  3. Build strong relationships with parents, working together to provide the best possible care and education for their children.
  4. Collaborate with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to multitask.
  • CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
  • State-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
  • Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or willingness to obtain.
  • Physical ability to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
  • Able to communicate effectively in English.
