Responsibilities- Implement KinderCare's research-backed curriculum to meet the unique needs of each child.
- Create a safe, nurturing environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Build strong relationships with parents, working together to provide the best possible care and education for their children.
- Collaborate with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to multitask.
- CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
- State-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
- Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or willingness to obtain.
- Physical ability to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
- Able to communicate effectively in English.
