Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Community Action Partnership of San Luis Obispo County. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of young children and making a positive impact on their lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement our comprehensive educational program in your assigned classroom
- Supervise and guide Instructional Assistants and Associate Teachers
- Support the Center Supervisor in carrying out responsibilities at the Center
- Coordinate and conduct home visits and parent conferences as needed
- Plan and implement the curriculum and ensure the center environment is safe and offers children a wide variety of experiences
Requirements:
- AA/AS or 24 units of Early Childhood Education/Child Development
- 6 months related teaching experience
- RCCP, Child Development Teacher Permit or higher
- Valid California Driver's License and auto insurance
- Children's Center Permit or qualify for an appropriate Children's Center Permit prior to beginning employment
